Meet Carmel...

Her 300+ by-lines and 500+ photographs appear in local and international newspapers and magazines. She currently teaches classes and seminars throughout California on writing for publication, travel writing, and publishing. Carmel also leads weekend tours to her favorite travel destinations.

Carmel lives in the Sierra Nevada with her husband and children. In her spare time she enjoys award winning baking, vegetable gardening, walking and training her German Shepherd dog, and traveling to dude ranches and bed and breakfasts throughout the Northwestern United States.
